We can structure loans with repayment from 5 to 20 years, with up to 15 years of interest only payments (including grace period if applicable), followed by 5 years of interest plus capital repayments.

The options are available to you as per the project requirements.

The loans can be terminated at any time without penalty, paying back the principal.

  • Profile of Borrower 

  • Information of Project 

  • Profile of Builder  

  • Assets to pledge as collateral 

  • Form of Guarantee (example: Government Guarantee, Bank Guarantee, etc) 

  • Loan Amount 

  • Loan Tenor 

Application Process:

Upon Submission of all the required information / documents 
  • Sign the MOU 

  • Bank issue Letter of Intent 

  • Lawyer will do a due diligence of the Project  

  • Lawyer will issue the Loan Agreement 

  • Bank will issue the Bank Guarantee (BG) 

  • After BG receive, funds will be transfer to the bank into the borrower’s account
